EC directs Imran Khan to submit Rs 1.5 million for thumbprint verification in NA-122

LAHORE (92 News) – The election tribunal on Thursday ordered Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan to submit a fee of Rs 1.5 million for thumbprint verification in NA-122. In its 5-page detailed judgment, the election tribunal ordered PTI chief to submit the fee by March 11. Earlier, the election tribunal on Wednesday ordered the National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) to verify thumb impressions on counterfoils of votes cast during the May 2013 elections at NA-122. The single judge tribunal is headed by Justice (retd) Kazim Ali Malik.
