ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb has said that the government's job is to give the policy framework while the private sector runs the country.
Addressing the inaugural session of the Pak-Saudi Arabia Investment Forum 2024 on Monday, he said that the economic reforms are on the agenda of the government.
"Foreign exchange reserves are increasing gradually. Stability is visible due to the best economic policies started by the government. Now the time has come that the private sector should sit on front seats, while ministers should sit on the rear seats," he added.
Federal Minister for Petroleum Musadiq Malik said that the brotherly country Saudi Arabia made progress fast in the shortest span. "We will have to take steps to further strengthen mutual relations. Pakistan has huge mineral resources," he added.
Federal Commerce Minister Jam Kamal said that Pakistan is determined to providing the best facilities to investors.
