Economy has become real issue of country, says Shahid Khaqan Abbasi

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - PML-N leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that the economy had become a real issue of the country.

Talking to the media on Monday, he said that each person will have to contribute in the difficult decisions.

"We are striving to fix the anomalies of the Imran Khan government. We have to pay a big political price for the decisions to be made. The dollar price will further increase if the economy will weaken," he added.

Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that the people will have to pay attention to economy by setting aside political interests.

"Our top priority will be to look into the national interests. The PML-N has held discussion over the problems and will take the allies into confidence over the solution to the problems," he declared.

To a question, he said that Nawaz Sharif had gone to London for treatment and would return to Pakistan after permission of doctors.
