ECP forbids media from broadcasting by-polls results before 6 pm

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has directed media channels not to broadcast results of by-elections before 6pm in light of the decision of Lahore High Court. Meanwhile, ECP has decided not to extend the voting time. However, the voters present in the premises of polling stations after 5 pm will be allowed to cast their votes.
