ECP to introduce Ibeacon technology in next general elections

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has on Thursday announced to introduce Ibeacon technology to trace the presiding officers during the next general elections.

The ECP decided to use the Ibeacon technology in the next general elections.

The Ibeacon technology will help trace the location of the presiding officers.

The tracking device will be installed in the voting bags and the Returning Officers and Security Personnel would be able to trace the location of the Presiding officer with the help of the tracking device.
