ECP rejects Mustafa Kamal’s application to register “Pak Sar Zameen Party”

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Former Karachi mayor Mustafa Kamal has on Friday submitted an application to register “Pak Sar Zameen Party” but the Election Commission rejected the application declaring it incomplete. Mustafa Kamal had submitted an application to register “Pak Sar Zameen Party” former Karachi mayor was designated party chairman, while the income of party was said to be funds. Sources privy to Election Commission of Pakistan said that the application was incomplete under Party Registration Act as Mustafa Kamal didn’t declare party assets. Former Karachi Mayor has been informed about the in writing regarding the Party Registration Act.
