ECP submits report on Punjab elections to CJP

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Tuesday submitted a report on the Punjab election to Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial.

The one-page report states that neither funds nor security have been provided to the ECP. It said that the Punjab caretaker government has agreed to provide 75,000 security personnel.

The report said that there is a lack of 300,000 security personnel for the elections day.
