ECP restores petition regarding Imran Khan's disqualification

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has on Tuesday restored the petition regarding disqualification of PTI Chief Imran Khan.

The ECP resumed the hearing of case regarding disqualification of PTI Chief in Islamabad on Tuesday.

During the proceedings, the ECP restored the petition of Hashim Ali Bhutta regarding disqualification of PTI Chief Imran Khan.

The Commission has also ordered PTI Chief to submit his reply till 23rd of this month.

Shahid Gondal, the counsel of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan said that the reasons told for the restoration of petition are unfair, adding that the PML-N leader Haneef Abbasi had already submitted petition in the Supreme Court.
