ECP seeks reply from PTI chairman on Nov 22 in disqualification references
November 16, 2016
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) resumed hearing the case relating to the disqualification references against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan and party leader Jahangir Tareen on Wednesday (today). The ECP asked the PTI Chairman to submit his reply until November 22 of this month. Talking to the media outside the ECP, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders Daniyal Aziz and Talal Chaudhary said the party leadership has always presented themselves for accountability but the PTI chairman is escaping it. They said their party is presenting evidences in the Supreme Court (SC) from day one. They said the PTI's allegations will once again prove to be a pack of lies.
