ECP suspends notification de-notifying 27 MNAs, stops election process

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Friday suspended the notification de-notifying 27 MNAs, stopping the election process in these constituencies.

The notification issued on January 17 has been suspended on the orders of the Lahore High Court.

However, the election in the constituencies – NA-52, 53 and 54 – located in the Islamabad limits will be held on March 16.
