December 17, 2016
LAHORE (92 News) – PTI chairman Imran Khan has said that educational institutions have become money making shops. Speaking at the fourth convocation of the NUML University on Saturday, he said that no investment was made on the nation after getting independence. “Unluckily, now the projects like Orange Line are being made,” he maintained. The PTI chairman said that he would pay attention to NUML after dealing with the Panama issue. “There is one teacher for 13 students in NUML University,” he said. Imran Khan said that the rulers have forgotten that progress is made by investing money on human beings. “Our rulers think that progress will be made by constructing streets and bridges,” he added. He said that now the country like Singapore had advanced. “As many as 250 million people do not go to school. We are making projects like Orange Line,” he maintained. He said that great leaders become after putting their lives at risk. “The country will advance when we will focus on education,” he added.
