Effort being made to make by-elections controversial: Shah Mahmood Qureshi

LAHORE (92 News) - PTI leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that an effort is being made to make the by-election controversial.

Expressing his views in 92 News Program 'Ho Kaya Raha Hai' on Friday, he questioned that what will happen to the general elections if the by-elections are controversial.

"What is the significance of the present assembly" We want to go to the assembly for the elections," he maintained.

PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry said that the Lahore High Court had suspended the decision of the Election Commission.

"The Speaker should immediately allow 43 PTI members to participate in the session. The Public Accounts Committee chairman should also be from our members," he demanded.
