Eight electrocuted to death in Muzaffargarh

MUZAFFARGARH (92 News) – Eight people were electrocuted to death in Gudpur, Rohilanwali here on Thursday. The workers were drilling for installing a tube-well when a pipe accidentally touched an 11KV wire. As a result, Zafar, 50, Nazar, 45, Qadir Bukhsh, 60, Manzoor Ahmed, 55, Allah Ditta, 28, Muhammad Aslam, 25, Muhammad Shahid, 18 and Muhammad Riaz, 35, died on the spot. Muhammad Hafeez, 30, and Abdullah, 36, sustained injuries and were shifted to DHQ Hospital by the Rescue 1122.
