Nine of a family shot dead over children’s brawl in Kharianwala

KHARIANWALA (92 News) – Nine people, including women and children, were killed in firing over children’s brawl in Kharianwala, Sheikhupura on Saturday. Soli Jatt and Khadim Jatt had attacked each other with knives over children’s brawl a few days back. On the day of the incident, Soli Jatt attacked his opponents and killed them. Later, the accused managed to escape. Three people were also injured in the firing and shifted to Sheikhupura DHQ Hospital. The Bhiki police shifted the bodies to morgue for autopsy. After the incident, the victim family set Soli Jatt’s house on fire. Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has taken notice of the incident and ordered the immediate arrest of the killers. On the other hand, IGP Punjab Shoaib Dastgir also took notice of the incident and sought an immediate report from the Sheikhupura RPO. He also ordered a strict action against the culprits.
