June 26, 2018
LONDON (92 News) – Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif has said that the elections should be fair and the arrests are not good. Talking to the media in London on Tuesday, he said that the country and the nation suffered a loss whenever pre-poll rigging was done. He said that all eyes across the world are on the elections in the country. “We should not make mockery of ourselves before the world,” he added. The former PM said that the NAB had given Qamarul Islam a clean chit a few days ago, but he has been arrested now. “Several problems will born if free and fair elections were not held in the country,” he said. To a question about his return, Nawaz Sharif said that he wants to return and participate in the elections. “I have to stay here due to health of my wife,” he said.
