Some elements trying to revive politics of hatred: Saad Rafique

LAHORE (92 News) – Minister for Railways and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Khawaja Saad Rafique has on Sunday said that hurdles have always been created whenever they try to put the country in right direction.

Addressing a ceremony in Lahore on Sunday, he said that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) does not believe in politics of hatred and revenge.

The minister said that the credit of continuity of democratic system goes to all those political parties who struggled for democracy.

Saad Rafique said that the Charter of Democracy (CoD) was signed to bury the negative politics, however, certain elements are trying to revive the politics of hatred.

He went on to say that the government inherited worst challenges when it came into power in 2013 but Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif successfully cope with all crises and restored people's confidence.

The PML-N leader said that international financial journals and institutions are now acknowledging economic growth in Pakistan.

He said: “We are being targeted of hate before the election campaign, adding that hurdles are being created in their path.”
