Energy costs: Fuel prices to remain unchanged in December

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The government has on Sunday announced that it would keep fuel prices steady for the next month.

According to Finance Ministry sources, the fuel prices would remain unchanged despite the recommendations of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority that prices be decreased for petrol and high speed diesel (HSD).

Ogra had recommended a Re1.05 per litre decrease in the price of petrol, while the Ogra recommended Rs1.42 per litre reduction in the price of HSD. OGRA had also recommended increase for prices of High Octane (HOBC).
