EOBI corruption scandal: Former chairman Zafar Gondal’s bail plea rejected, court forwards case to NAB

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Islamabad High Court on Thursday rejected the bail plea of former EOBI chairperson, and former federal minister Nazar Gondal’s brother, Zafar Gondal. As per details, the court forwarded the case for interrogation to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB). Zafar Gondal is charged to have embezzled millions as the chairman of EOBI during the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) tenure 2008-13.
