ETPB orders Sheikh Rashid Ahmed to vacate Lal Haveli within seven days

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - The Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) ordered Sheikh Rashid Ahmed to vacate Lal Haveli within seven days.

According to sources, the ETPB Deputy Administrator Asif Khan has issued an eviction notice to Sheikh Rasheed from seven land units of ETPB including Lal Haveli. In the notice, Sheikh Rashid and his brother have been told to vacate the occupied land units within seven days or they will be evicted by the police.

ETPB deputy administrator has also written a letter to Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi for police assistance.

The deputy administrator said that several hearings have been held in the case of seven land units of ETPB including Lal Haveli. Sheikh Rasheed could not present any authentic documents.
