Ex-CJP Saqib Nisar, Khawaja Tariq Rahim discuss a case in alleged audio leak

LAHORE (92 News) - Former chief justice Saqib Nisar and Khawaja Tariq Rahim advocate have been heard discussing a case in an alleged audio leak on Tuesday.

In the audio, Saqib Nisar asked Khawaja Tariq Rahim to must go through the seven-member judgement as it is the only way out for them, otherwise the case cannot be formed.

Khawaja Tariq Rahim responded that he had seen the judgement and according to judgement, there is n o ground for the judge act.

The former chief justice asked Khawaja Tariq Rahim to use the option of Munir Ahmed Khan if someone is ready. "It is the clear case of the contempt of court," he added.
