Explosion rocks cosmetics factory in Karachi, sparks fire

KARACHI (92 News) – Fire broke out in a cosmetics factory located in a residential area in Karachi’s Shahrah-e-Faisal on Wednesday after a huge blast. As per details, the huge explosion caused by fire where factory’s chemical was stored triggered fire in the multi-storey building. Rescue officials and fire brigade vehicles rushed to the site and are busy in putting out the fire. The rescue officials pulled out a body of a man from the rubble of the building while another employee could not be retrieved yet. Meanwhile, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah took notice of the incident and directed the Karachi Commissioner to complete the rescue operation as soon as possible.
