Extension in special powers of Sindh Rangers remain undecided

KARACHI (92 News) – The term of special powers given to Sindh Rangers for effective action against the outlaws in the province has come to an end. The provincial government is however using delaying tactics to extend the powers of Sindh Rangers. The interior department has sent a summary to the chief minister for approval which will be forwarded to the federal government after suggestions from PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto. The action against the criminal elements in the province is feared to be affected.
