Fake ID card scam: PTI’s Gull Badshah sent to jail

PESHAWAR (92 News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Gull Badshah and two others have been sent to jail for involvement in fake identity cards scam on Thursday. The PTI district leader and NA-1 by-polls candidate Gull Badshah has been accused of allegedly involved in providing fake national identity cards to Afghan refugees. Gull Badshah and others had been granted interim bail in the case but Session Judge Peshawar cancelled his bail after which he was arrested and sent to jail. Earlier, Gull Badshah’s Pakistani citizenship and his national identity card had been declared suspicious.
