KARACHI (92 News) – A case has been registered against the accused of a youth reportedly killed in an encounter with police was identified as a student of Rangers School. The family of slain Attiqullah protested over not including the provisions of terrorism. 92 News has received pictures and SSC documents of Attiqullah, a student of Rangers School. An Edhi volunteer disclosed that both youths had no weapon. Meanwhile, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah had taken a notice of the fake police encounter near Nepa Chowrangi. He said that he assured the parents of justice if the deceased student was a peaceful citizen. The CM had demanded a report from IG Sindh AD Khawaja. He said that the police had been deployed to protect the life and property of the people. “We will not allow the police to shed the blood of innocent citizens. A stern action will be taken if the misuse of power is proved,” he maintained. On the other hand, IG Sindh AD Khawaja had demanded a report of the incident from the DIG East. He has also directed the DIG East to investigate the matter from each angle.
