Famous Urdu writer Hafiz Syed Maqbool Ahmad Dehalvi passes away
LAHORE (92 News) – Famous writer of Urdu children literature Hafiz Syed Maqbool Ahmad Dehalvi has passed away.
He wrote stories in many famous magazines including ‘Bacho ka Bagh’ and ‘Bacho ki Dniya’.
A hall is also named after Maqbool Ahmad Dehalvi in the library of ‘Jamia Punjab‘.
Three days earlier he suffered from a heart attack. Today morning he died because of heart failure.
He donated more than 1,00,000 books to ‘Jamia Punjab’.
His funeral prayer will be offered in his house at Mansehra Street Nisbat Road.
He died at the age of 84.
