Farhatullah Babar proposes accountability of judges, army generals in new NAB law

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Farhatullah Babar has on Friday proposed accountability of judges and army generals. Talking to media after attending the Parliamentary Committee meeting to review NAB law, Law Minister Zahid Hamid said that all parties have consensus on the new NAB law. The minister said a new law will soon be prepared for new Ehtisab Commission. He said that the agenda of the meeting could not be completed due to the absence of members of the PPP. The minister said they will consider the suggestions proposed by PPP leader Farhatullah Babar regarding accountability of the judges and army generals. Hamid went on to say that it is yet to be decided if the NAB law would be enforced in entire country or not.
