Farmers suffer as Urea fertilizer crisis intensifies in Southern Punjab

LAHORE (92 News) – Farmers are facing numerous problems due to severe shortage of Urea in Southern Punjab.

Farmers told 92 News that they have to wait in long queues throughout the day for their turn.

"The Agriculture Department and the district administration have failed in controlling the black marketing of fertilizers. The wheat-sowing season has been badly affected by unavailability of fertilizers. The government should take immediate action in this regard," they demanded.
