Father set himself on fire for not providing warm clothes to his children

KARACHI (92 News) – A father had set himself on fire for not providing the warm clothes to his children to stave off the cold weather. According to the details garnered, the children of 35-years-old Mir Hassan resident of Umer Colony in Ibrahim was brought to the burns ward of the medical facility in critical condition as 60 per cent of his body had been burnt. Day after Mir Hassan set himself on fire to end his life, an unemployed man succumbed to his burn wounds at the Civil Hospital in Karachi. He succumbed to his burn injuries today. Unable to provide for his children who had asked him for warm clothes to stave off the cold wave, the disillusioned father had set himself on fire yesterday. He was unemployed from previous three month and when his children asked for warm clothes. He could not give them clothes and encourage but he committed suicide. It is noteworthy that before some days he appealed from Prime Minister Imran Khan to provide him employment.
