ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Federal Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhary has said that the government faces no threat from the opposition.

In a statement on Saturday, he said that the opposition had already made innumerable such attempts. "There is a complete harmony between the institutions and the prime minister. Such exemplary relations did not exist in the past," he added.

The minister said that Nawaz Sharif would not return without a deal. "The economic condition of the country is improving. During the long march, Maulana used to say the institution are not on the same page. Maryam Nawaz and Bilawal Bhutto used to say that the government will be sent home," he said.

Fawad Chaudhary said that Imran Khan's visit to China has been successful. "The opposition does not even have the support of its members. The PML-N has become a family limited party. The PPP and the PML-N have accepted that they are regional parties. The opposition will take some time to become mature," he maintained.

He advised Bilawal Bhutto and Maryam Safdar to contest the mayor election first.
