Chaudhry Parvez Elahi enjoys support of 187 members, says Fawad Ch
ISLAMABAD (92 News) - PTI leader Fawad Chaudhary has asked Punjab Governor Baleeghur Rehman to desist from any unconstitutional act.
In a statement on Wednesday, he said that Chaudhry Parvez Elahi is the Punjab chief minister and he will continue to hold his office. "After the ruling of the speaker, voting cannot be conducted on the no-confidence motion," he opined.
The PTI leader said that the Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assemblies will be dissolved simultaneously.
Meanwhile in a tweet, PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry said that Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi enjoys the support of 187 members. "Ten PML-Q members have expressed their full confidence in Chaudhry Parvez Elahi. 177 MPAs of the PTI will gather in support of Chaudhry Parvez Elahi tomorrow," he added.

He said that the political crisis in Punjab reflects the reality that the new elections are the only solution.
