ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry on Saturday again offered 'plea bargain' solution to former prime minister Nawaz Sharif to go abroad. He took to Twitter, and stated that it was fourth day of his release and still he was not admitted to a hospital. https://twitter.com/fawadchaudhry/status/1111874985998589952   Fawad Chaudhry asked whether Nawaz Sharif’s main concern was getting himself release from the prison or the last week of the bail granted to him is being awaited. Earlier, the information minister said that all the confusion surrounding Nawaz Sharif’s treatment was caused by his insistence on undergoing treatment in London. “Nawaz Sharif has an option of entering into a plea bargain with the National Accountability (NAB) to get out of jail in order to be able to go abroad,” Fawad Chaudhry said that the Sharif family had no trust in the hospitals they had built in Pakistan. He said thorough tests of Nawaz Sharif were held at Punjab Institute of Cardiology on 22nd January. Chaudhry Fawad Hussain said best medical care is available for Nawaz Sharif in Pakistan. The minister said a doctor and three technicians were present at Kot Lakhpat Jail round the clock to tend to the former prime minister in any emergency situation. He said the provincial government took extraordinary steps for the treatment of Sharif, adding that it couldn’t do more than whatever it had done so far for him. “The Sharif brothers said there are no adequate healthcare facilities in Pakistan. Isn’t a person who remained Punjab chief minister for 25 years responsible for this,” the minister raised question.
