ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain on Tuesday said that Pakistan feels the pain of Kashmiris living in the occupied valley.
“Whenever Kashmir undergoes any calamity, the entire Pakistan feels the pain,” the minister said while addressing a seminar to mark Kashmir Solidarity Day at Presidency in Islamabad.
Fawad said India has utterly failed in handling Kashmir issue and rights violation is increasing day by day in Occupied Kashmir. “The valley has been militarized by India to refrain Kashmiris from their old demand of right to self determination,” he said.
Criticizing India, the minister said India always ran away from Pakistan’s proposal to settle the core issues between both the countries. He urged for an amicable resolution of Kashmir issue as it is inevitable for peace and stability in the south Asian region.
Fawad says Pakistan to highlight Indian atrocities in Kashmir
The minister has said Pakistan will continue highlighting the Kashmir issue at every forum and will unveil Indian brutalities in Occupied Kashmir. He maintained that at least 10 Indian soldiers are closely watching a single Kashmiri.
Fawad Chaudhry stressed that the freedom movement cannot be suppressed in Kashmir. He notified that so called Indian democracy is being unveiled in occupied Kashmir.

Kashmir Solidarity Day, the minister said that the present government under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan has been playing active role for protection of fundamental rights of the people of Kashmir.
Paying glowing tributes to unprecedented sacrifices offered by Kashmiris for achievement of right to self- determination, he said that Kashmiri martyrs were shining stars of Hurriyat movement and truth.
He said that despite thousands of killings, rapes and repression, Kashmiris refused to surrender. He said that all Indian atrocities could not weaken Kashmiris resolve and struggle for right to self determination.
Strongly condemning the gross human rights violations by Indian forces in Occupied Kashmir,
Fawad urged United Nations and the world community to take notice of ongoing bloodshed in Kashmir.
