Fawad urges Sindh govt to withdraw 19.5 per cent ST on internet services

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Federal Minister for Science and Technology Muhammad Fawad Ch has urged the Sindh government to review its decision of imposing 19.5 per cent sales tax (ST) on internet services. Opposing the imposition, the minister opined that 19.5 per cent ST on internet services will discourage sectors of technology and communication. Ch asked for withdrawing the decision to the benefit of IT industry.
