Fayyaz Chohan says raids being conducted to arrest Hassan Niazi

LAHORE (92 News) – Punjab Minister for Information Fayyazul Hassan Chohan has said that raids are being conducted to arrest Hassan Khan Niazi. Talking to the media on Saturday, he said that Hassan Niazi will soon be in the custody of the police. “Hassan Khan Niazi is the son of Hafeezullah Khan Niazi first and then the nephew of PM Imran Khan,” he said. He said that action is being taken against Hassan Khan Niazi. “Law is equal for everyone in Pakistan.” Fayyaz Chohan said that Hafeezullah Khan Niazi is a supporter of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N). He said that 54 accused involved in the PIC incident had been arrested, while 47 accused are on the judicial remand. “Ninety percent in the lawyers’ community believe that a society cannot be run like this,” he said. The minister said that it was responsibility of the government to establish the writ of the government. “Hassan Niazi has expressed his dissociation from the PTI on his Twitter wall,” he said. Fayyaz Chohan said that a bill was being introduced to protect doctors and paramedics in hospitals. “Vehicles’ damage in PIC has been compensated,” he said. He said that the PML-N could not digest the work of Chief Minister Usman Buzdar.
