FBR to determine property prices in 18 cities: Ishaq Dar

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The representatives of the real estate and the FBR agreed to determine the prices of properties in 18 cities. Finance Minister Ishaq Dar said that the FBR would determine the prices of property. He said that the duration of the property holding would be three months. A 10 percent tax will be imposed on the person selling his/her property before one year. The withholding tax will be imposed on the property exceeding four million.
