FC arrests six terrorists of banned outfit in Balochistan; seizes two diesel tankers

QUETTA (92 News) - Balochistan Frontier Corps arrested four terrorists of a banned outfit during a search operation near Sariab road today (Friday). According to FC spokesman, a search operation was carried out on an intelligence tip-off in Sariab area of Quetta which resulted in the arrest of the militants with heinous designs. Further, in the Absor area of Turbat, upon receiving intelligence reports, officials arrested two suspected militants. A cache of arms and ammunition was also discovered from the terrorists, who were later shifted to an undisclosed location for interrogation later. Meanwhile, the FC also seized two oil tankers carrying 56,000 litre Irani diesel from Labela which was being smuggled to Karachi. Also, 16 smugglers were arrested in Shella Bagh area of Qila Abdullah district. The arrested smugglers and seized trucks have been handed over to the custom authorities.
