Fear, panic grip girls college in Rawalpindi after firing

RAWALPINDI (92 News) – Following the exchange of fire between police and some unidentified armed assailants at Sir Syed Road near Waqar-un-Nisa College, fear and panic gripped the college in Rawalpindi on Wednesday.

As per details, nearly a month after attack on Bacha Khan University, fear and panic gripped the area, while Pakistan Army contingents reached the college within minutes.

Police, Commandoes and Intelligence Agencies officials cordoned off the college and launched search operation they were told that the alleged car thieves opened firing at police party for chasing them.

The college was declared clear after search operation, while parents rushed to the school to collect their children, after hearing reports of firing.
