ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The federal cabinet has approved lifting of the ban on Tehreek-e-Labaik Pakistan.

A significant progress has been made in implementing the agreement between the government and the Tehreek-e-Labaik Pakistan. According to sources, the cabinet approved the summary of the Interior Ministry through circulation.

The TLP will be removed from the list of banned outfits. On the recommendation of the Punjab government, the ban has been lifted.

Meanwhile, one side of Chenab bridge between Wazirabad and Gujarat has been reopened for traffic and work is underway to remove obstacles on the bridge. Containers were removed from the bridge. The Chenab Bridge remained closed for 14 days.
