Federal cabinet likely to be reshuffled: sources

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The sources revealed on Friday that the federal cabinet will likely to be reshuffled on Friday (today). According to the sources, Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan has taken the decision to induct new faces into the federal cabinet. “The changes are likely to be announced soon,” it added. PM Imran Khan summoned a meeting of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) core committee meeting on today at the PM Office. The prime minister will chair the core committee meeting during which the prevailing social, political and economic situation in the country will be discussed. The inflation and increase in food prices will also be discussed as well as important decisions will also be taken in the meeting. The sources also informed that the removal of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s name from the exit control list (ECL). The meeting will make strategies to tackle Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-F’s (JUI-F) sit-in and its plan-B. The chief ministers of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will also attend the meeting.
