ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The federal cabinet meets in Islamabad on Tuesday with Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan in the chair. It will discuss overall political and economic situation of the country. The meeting will also review the COVID-19 situation especially in the wake of ease of restrictions. The summary decided to outsource country’s all major airports will be presented in the cabinet meeting for approval. The agenda of the cabinet meeting also include approval to appoint Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) Policy Board Chairman. The meeting will also consider the summary of the Finance Division for the custody and operations of the Federal Consolidation Fund and the Federal Public Accounts. A summary of water distribution and measurement on real-time basis through telemetric monitoring will also be considered and the meeting will also review the summary of the nomination of members of the Healthcare Authority Board under the Islamabad Healthcare Regulations Act.
