Federal govt decides to get Tiger Force services in Clean Green Pakistan project

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The federal government has decided to get the services of Tiger Force in the Clean Green Pakistan project. The decision was made during a meeting between Federal Minister for Climate Change Malik Amin Aslam and Special Adviser to the Prime Minister on Youth Affairs Usman Dar. Sources said that Tiger Force will be included in the tree-plantation campaign during this monsoon. Prime Minister Imran Khan will announce inclusion of Tiger Force in the tree-plantation campaign. The sources said that Tiger Force will be given reasonable remuneration for planting saplings. “Tiger Force will protect trees along with planting saplings across the country,” he added. They said that advising the people to plant saplings will be included in the responsibilities of Tiger Force. Malik Amin Aslam said that they could cross all climatic targets if Tiger Force becomes the custodian. “Tiger Force can uplift the economy through the green economy. It is a precious asset and will now play its role in the progress of the country,” he said. Usman Dar said that it is a matter of pleasure that Tiger Force would vigorously participate in the tree-plantation campaign. “Tiger Force can be given the responsibility of planting 10 million plants,” he added.
