ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Federal Minister for Information Shibli Faraz said that the federal government had nothing to do with the treason case against the PML-N leaders.

Addressing a press conference on Tuesday, he said that PML-N people might have registered the case. "The Punjab government will probe into the matter. Are the FIRs across the country registered on the orders of Prime Minister Imran Khan?" he added.

He said that the government had no leisure time to get the cases registered. "Anyone violating the law should be punished no matter he had been the prime minister thrice," he added.

The minister said that the opposition leaders had opposed the FATF bills for their interests. "The former rulers remained busy in plunder and did not pay attention to poverty," he added.

He claimed that Prime Minister Imran Khan had no property abroad. "We had talked about 10 million jobs and it would definitely happen," he added.
