Federal govt issued notification under constitution, says Abdul Qadir Baloch

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Federal Minister for States & Frontier Region Abdul Qadir Baloch has said that the federal government issued the notification to grant special powers to Rangers for 60 days under the constitution.

He said that the Rangers were in Sindh on the request of the provincial government.

The minister said that the Rangers had rendered valuable services.

“When we talked to the DG Rangers about Dr Asim, it was known that there was enough material against him,” he said.
