Federal govt writes letter to UK govt for bringing Nawaz Sharif back

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The federal government wrote a letter to the UK government for bringing former prime minister Nawaz Sharif back on Tuesday. According to sources, the letter was written to the British government by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on recommendation of the Punjab government. In the letter, Nawaz Sharif is a convict and his bail period has expired. "Therefore, he should be sent back to back for completion of his jail term."The Foreign Ministry has written a letter on the recommendation of the Punjab government. Earlier, the federal government has announced that they will write a letter to UK government for deporting former prime minister Nawaz Sharif. This was announced by Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information Firdous Ashiq while addressing a press conference. She said that it is time to bring the VIP prisoner to Pakistan as the government will write a letter to British government to depart Nawaz Sharif. “The Punjab government has sent its recommendations which will be forwarded to the British government next week for extradition of Nawaz Sharif by the federal government,” the special assistant maintained.  “Anyone who has pain for the public, he should come to Pakistan and solve it,” she added. It is pertinent to mention here that Nawaz Sharif is currently in London for medical treatment.
