Federation withdraws review petition in Asghar Khan case

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Federation withdrew the review petition in the Asghar Khan case on Wednesday. The Supreme Court three-member bench headed by Justice Jawaad S Khawaja heard the case. Additional Attorney General Rana Waqar contended that they do not proceed with the case. ISI former chief Asad Durrani told court that he had contacted three lawyers for the case, but they refused. He sought time for hiring a lawyer. The court adjourned the case for a month.
