KARACHI (92 News) – Female doctors have appealed to the Sindh government to tighten the lockdown. Addressing a press conference on Friday, Dr Razia Koreja said that deaths due to coronavirus are on the rise. “The government should strictly get the lockdown implemented,” they added. She also appealed to the people to stay at home. “People should be careful and keep distance among them,” she added. She said that so far 246 doctors have fallen prey to coronavirus. “Who will treat the patients if doctors could not be saved?” she questioned. Dr Razia Koreja said that the situation would go out of control if the people remained careless. “The next coming two weeks are very important. Women should keep their children at home,” she urged. She said that the country lacks ventilators and doctors in the fight against the epidemic. “Coronavirus will spread rapidly if the people came out on roads,” she added.
