Female suspect arrested from Lahore identified as missing MBBS student

LAHORE (92 News) – A girl who was arrested during an operation by the security forces near Punjab Housing Society has been identified as Naureen Laghari, a medical student went missing from Jamshoro few months ago.

Security forces conducted a special intelligence-based operation near Punjab Housing Society in the provincial capital.

During the operation, the security forces gunned down a terrorist while two persons, including a woman, were arrested.

One facilitator of terrorists was also arrested during the operation. Three suicide jackets and arms were recovered from the possession of the accused.

Naureen had reached Lahore from Jamshoro via bus on the invitation of one man namely Tariq who was killed in encounter in Punjab Housing Society Lahore.

She later contacted her brother and informed him that she had reached the 'Land of Khilafat'.

Sources said that Naureen Laghari was living with a young man namely Tariq in Ali Housing society of Lahore. The couple had shifted to Punjab Housing Society two months back.

During the initial investigation, the arrested female terrorist made startling revelations.

Naureen was in contact with terrorist Muhammad Ali on social media website Facebook and she married him in the same house which was rented by Daesh Punjab commander namely Azeem alias Fauji.

The intelligence agencies are searching for the arrest of Azeem alias Fauji.
