FIA arrests suspect for blackmailing minor girls with illicit videos

KARACHI (92 News) – The cyber crime wing of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Sunday arrested a suspect – who blackmails minor girls in Karachi – with illicit videos. According to the sources of FIA, a suspect arrested for child pornography. It also said that the suspect used to blackmail minor girls after recording their videos. It was reported that the suspect had recorded video and captured pictures of a 12 year old girl through social media. The suspect had sent videos to a close relative of the girl for the purpose of blackmailing. He added that the accused was arrested on the complaint of the mother of girl. He said the affected girl is a student of grade six and suffering from immense mental pressure. Earlier, the FIA Cyber Crime Lahore Circle has arrested a man on the charge of blackmailing women through Facebook. According to the FIA officials, Naeem had hacked the account of the wife of Umair and blackmailed her. He has been arrested after tracing his IP Address. The accused revealed that he had blackmailed dozens of women by hacking their accounts. A case has been registered against him. Raids are being conducted to arrest his accomplice.
