FIA decides to arrest Imran Khan in foreign funding case

ISLAMABAD (92 News) - Under instructions from the Interior Ministry, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has decided to arrest PTI chairman Imran Khan in the foreign funding case.

According to sources, the authorities have sent a summary to the FIA DG for final approval.

The FIA has constituted a four-member team, which will arrest Imran Khan with the help of the Lahore police. He will be arrested after his appearance in the Lahore High Court.

On the other hand, the anti-terrorism court has removed the sections pertaining to the Anti-terrorism Act in the PTV and Parliament attack case.
