FIA records statement of Pervez Musharraf in high treason case

KARACHI (92 News) – The Federal Investigation Authority (FIA) has recorded the statement of former president Pervez Musharraf in the high treason case on Tuesday.

The team headed by Additional Director Wajid Zia put him several questions with regard to the imposition of emergency in the country.

The arrival of the FIA team was kept secret due to strict security at the residence of Pervez Musharraf.

Sources said that the FIA team had brought a questionnaire and remained with the former president for one hour.

When asked about the imposition of emergency in the country, he said that he had already replied in this regard.
